Summary/Abstract: The article deals with a new old problem in understanding textbook texts, in particular the misunderstanding of the texts included in the curriculum. I discuss both the ways in which individual rules are formulated in the textbooks, and fiction texts that pose a challenge to students’ understanding of the course material.
