Summary/Abstract: The insight into the historiography literature on Bosnia-Herzegovina at the time of the Austro-Hungarian administration (1878-1918) published in the country and abroad witness for the wide scope of the scientific interest for the past of Bosnia. A synthesis of that time was not done, in order the period to have been researched as a whole. Some of the monographs were published, which comprised some aspects synthetically and achieved good results in presenting the past of Bosnia-Herzegovina. The problems of the political history dominated.
