Summary/Abstract: Teaching the terminology of body systems in medical English is a priority for the language lecturer, because in Romania body systems are included in the medical curriculum from the first year of study. This article forwards a sample of an English course for medical students structured around the topic “The Cardiovascular System. Anatomy, Physiology and Semiology”, whose aim is to develop different language skills, by means of original, home-grown exercises.
