Summary/Abstract: The present article examines the concepts in the doctrine regarding the mental content of the types of guilt. An in-depth critical analysis of the case law on the ratio of the types of guilt in the subjective side of the crimes under Article 342 and Article 343 of the Criminal Code. It is concluded that only relevant in transport crimes are the possible intent and arrogance.
