Summary/Abstract: The aim of the research was to identify the degree and forms of cyberbullying for Romanian high school students, as well as the psychological implications, increasingly difficult to track on the current online educational system and the pandemic context. The research had a quantitative - qualitative methodology and was conducted on 122 students from several high schools located in the counties of Sibiu, Valcea, Arges and Bucharest. The results showed a significant positive correlation between the degree of cyberbullying and the level of anxiety. There is also a significant correlation between the degree of anxiety experienced by students and the level of cyberbullying, the data showing that female subjects feel a stronger anxiety than male subjects in connection with the phenomenon of cyberbullying. The authors conclude that it is important to keep the community and the police in reducing the phenomenon of cyberbullying, as well as the need for legislative changes to be updated according to the new challenges.
