Summary/Abstract: The rise of multisensory teaching methods, especially supported by digital technologies, is constantly expanding and developing our understanding of what education means for different people in different contexts. An inclusive school can and should unite and offer an alternative to each child to feel valued and meaningful. The multisensory approach provides such an opportunity not only to differentiate teaching, but also the learning content, which consists of knowledge, concepts and skills that students must acquire on the basis of the curriculum. Multisensory is defended as a more optimistic and realistic mechanism not only for the intellectual development of children with special educational needs, but also for their overall social harmonization and personal self-affirmation.
