Summary/Abstract: We want to enter upon the hermeneutics of a myth whose ambiguos connotations make its integration into a symbolical horizon easy and this gives you something to think of. It is about Don Juan, a symbol of the necrophily (l’amour de la mort). This is due to the fact that this symbol does not confess itself in speech but in an action that builds itself in a factual discourse. It is the reverse of of an act of language, because not that it is said makes something to be, but the fact of being utters itself continually.
