Summary/Abstract: We like it or not, the Artificial Intelligence Domain is a turning point in the history of the humankind and, in order to move on, we have to reinvent ourselves one more time. The Artificial Intelligence Domain is under development right now, the pandemic crisis being just a reason for this development to accelerate. Three huge players, China, the US and the EU are moving things forward and they will continue to provide the immense majority of the developments in Artificial Intelligence, while the rest of the countries should follow. Or ignore them, thus accepting incalculable risks and challenges.
