Summary/Abstract: Hybrid influence and hybrid threats tend to become the new normal in almost every media story, while the capacity to counter and react in a proper manner is often questionable and scrutinized. The newly re-discovered ”Resilience” is becoming more actual, we either speak of individual resilience or structures’ resilience (central or local authorities, private entities, NGO’s, etc). The key, as always in human history, is education. Education and those derivates specific to an educated human environment: social responsibility, good governance and the respect for the Rule of Law.
