Summary/Abstract: This article discusses the relevance of Anglicisms in youth language in the context of language change and variation in today's world. Youth language is an integral part of any language and reflects the specificity of modern and exciting life of adolescents. English language is undoubtedly a vital tool for teenagers to communicate. Therefore, the paper aims to show a sociolinguistic perspective of the usage of Anglicisms among young people.
