Summary/Abstract: In this study I want to describe, the origin of human nature, as the basis of human rights with direct reference to the right to work. We are talking about creation from the perspective of theology and human origin. We are talking about of work, as the basis of human creation, submitted by God and the absolute model of the foundation, the right to work. We are talking about the human rights, that find their resource in the origin of creation. We are talking about freedom of labor as a foundation of human rights.
