Summary/Abstract: The article presents a conceptual and applied model for field practicum and syllabus as part of social work bachelor program at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. The model consist the goals and curriculum of the field education. The reflective seminar and supervision are argued as crucial forms for supporting students’ learning progress. Operationalization of students’ activities for direct work with service users with different status and needs is discussed.
