Summary/Abstract: We live in an increasingly globalized world of constant borrowing and movement of people, goods and even recipes. Today, so-called “fusion cuisine” is the leading culinary choice. The connection between the city and the village is shortened, the small ones – the big cities, the countryside – the capital, and mass immigration abroad is a serious problem. There is a lack of good communication and continuity between the generations. All of these factors make the overriding task of restoring a number of forgotten recipes from the distant and not so distant past, which will help preserve our national identity. We live in an increasingly globalized world of constant borrowing and movement of people, goods and even recipes.
