A novelty about the quadratic equation

Summary/Abstract: A new methodological approach to quadric equation solution is proposed. The idea of the approach comes from Ancient Babylonian Times. It appears in the works by Diophantus of Alexandria too. It is strange that the idea was not used for centuries after it proposes a simple way of solving quadratic equations without applying the well-known formula for the roots. Two persons, one Bulgarian and one American, have the priority to be the first discovering the methodological advantages of the approach.
