Reasons and directions of corporate restructuring

Summary/Abstract: Dynamic changes in the economic surrounding in a free market economy enforce a rule to implement the restructuring process in enterprises. The moment and the direction of restructuring actions should therefore have a planning horizon not limited to the duration of the crisis, but also anticipated further into the future. This article addresses these issues by pointing out that the restructuring process should include not only a set of actions of a recovery, but also pro-development, taking into account future economic improvement.
