K problému kvalitatívnej zmeny v príprave a profilácii (nielen) učiteľa slovenčiny
On the Issue of the Qualitative Change in the Preparation and Profiling of (not only) Slovak Language Teachers

Summary/Abstract: This contribution aims at the area of reconstruction of schools and profiling of teachers regarding the challenges of modern European education. The first chapter monitors the circle of concept and real fulfilment of adequate profiling of teacher adepts in pre-graduate university studies respecting the essence and social status of this occupation within intentions of the Slovak Accreditation Agency for universities (SAAVŠ), compatible with the European Quality Standards (EGS). Following the qualitative changes of the study programme and the overall innovative structure of pre-graduate studies of teaching, the author deals in the second chapter with the question of choice, selection and formation of good future teachers within the pre-graduate phase, but also with the perspective of their further and lifelong education and personal continual profiling. The conclusion illustrates three basic topic areas of the contribution by statements from literary-artistic sources, also by highlighting the most important factors in reflexion of a successful educational system in developed countries, resulting in the thesis of necessity of organic connection of universities with practice in the continuum of effective employability of teachers (also other divisions and occupations) in the society.
