Summary/Abstract: The mission of a secret service, including and especially when it has an operative character or is executed during an armed conflict, cannot refrain from obedience to the Law, cannot justify involvement in violations of fundamental human rights or lead to the commission of crimes, to atrocities, does not confer immunity from criminal liability.
