Summary/Abstract: The first case of Covid-19 occurred on December 2, 2019, in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. As of October 30, 2021, there were 4,296,681 deaths worldwide, 202,515,249 confirmed cases and 177,635,824 people cured. On December 12, 2019, the 2019-20 coronavirus pandemic or Wuhan pneumonia (Wuhan coronavirus or outbreak of Chinese pneumonia) broke out in Wuhan, China. In December 2019, a group of people with pneumonia was found whose cause was unknown. The event was related to fish and live animal sellers in Wuhan. There, Chinese scientists isolated a new type of coronavirus (2019-nCoV) that was 70% similar in the SARS-CoV gene sequence. This new Coronavirus, 2019-nCoV, was detected in Wuhan after a group of people became ill with pneumonia without knowing a specific cause. Existing treatments and vaccines for that pneumonia have not been effective at all. The virus showed clear evidence of human-to-human transmission. The rate of transmission (infection) escalated in mid-January 2020. At that time, Li Keqiang - the Chinese prime minister - made decisive efforts to prevent and control the coronavirus epidemic. The global Covid-19 pandemic has had many effects: social and economic instability, rising xenophobia and racism against people of Chinese and Asian descent, and the spread of online misinformation and conspiracy theory. The first cases of the Covid-19 pandemic were confirmed on February 26, 2020, in Romania and on March 7, 2020 in the Republic of Moldova. Less than a month later (March 11, 2020), the World Health Organization (WHO) said the outbreak of the new coronavirus had become a two-week pandemic with an incubation period of exposure to symptoms. Among the most important symptoms are fever, cough and difficulty breathing. The first suspicious cases in China were reported on December 31, 2019. The Wuhan market was closed on January 1, 2020, and people with symptoms were isolated. About 1,000 potentially infected people were monitored. After testing them, the presence of coronavirus 2019-nCoV was found in a number of 41 people. The first confirmed death from infection with the new coronavirus occurred on January 9, 2020. On January 23, 2020, Wuhan city center was declared in quarantine. On January 24, other cities near Wuhan were quarantined. On 23 January 2020, the WHO decided not to declare an international health emergency. As of January 24, 2020, there have been 26 deaths in China due to the new coronavirus; It has been confirmed that the virus is transmitted from person to person. Tests were performed that revealed 2120 cases of infection. Confirmed cases have also been reported in Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and the United States. The rapid growth of disease outbreaks has raised questions about the spread of the virus and the uncertainties surrounding it.
