Summary/Abstract: In this article the author presents a subject of current interest by discussing, in the first part, about the creativity and the valorification of the creation potential in the Romanian industrial-economic system and about the requirements for the reindustrialization in our country through an intensive innovation. In the second part of this article the author tells us what is an innovation process and explains how an enterprise can become an innovation, how can be put forward an innovation programme, how is better in an innovation process to develop your new product or to buy a licence, which are the complementary resources for an innovation process and how to assume the managerial risk in the realization of the innovation project. In the third part of this article, the author presents the international context of the innovation process, the innovation politics in the Europe and has told us about the engineer’s tasks for the European integration. This article is finished with conclusions.
