
Containerul, conform regulilor de la Rotterdam
Like all modern international conventions, the Rotterdam rules begin by outlining in detail the definitions of the terms used in the text. Definitions relating to containers are quite clear and it seems that is not much to add. The container is regarded as part of the transported goods, case in which it is not delivered by the carrier, so we can therefore infer a contrario that in other cases the container is part of the ship's equipment.
