
Bireysel Yatırımcıların Yatırım Kararları Üzerinde Etkili Olan Demografik Ve Psikolojik Faktörlerin Tespiti Üzerine Bir Çalışma: Türkiye Ve Azerbaycan Uygulaması
While Modern Finance School which argue that investment decisions are taken rationally loses its importance, Behaviourist Finance School which argue that investments decision are taken under the influences of some psychological process has come to the forefront. According to the School, investment decisions can be taken as a result of process which is not rational. The aim of this study is to determine whether entrepreneurs in Turkey and Azerbaijan take decisions under the influences of the aforementioned intellectual taboos, inadequacies and emotions. For this purpose, a survey has been carried out among 384 people in both countries. According to the survey results, some factors such as income and education level, marital status, age and gender have an influence on investment decisions of the entrepreneurs.
