The analytical procedure for monitoring the effectiveness of public policy, based on indicators of the state of national security, is studied, and its main functions are outlined. Three levels of limit values are considered: threshold conditions of safety of life of the person, society and the state; system of indicators and limit values of national security; industry thresholds. // From a single methodological standpoint, the application of a systematic approach to solving the problem of determining the limit values of national security indicators is considered. The analysis and systematization of mathematical methods of their definition corresponding to different situations of their application is carried out. // The monograph is intended for a wide range of specialists, scientists, politicians, civil servants, teachers, students and anyone interested in the problems of national security of Ukraine.

Political-theoretical, geopolitical, cultural-historical and foreign policy aspects of the armed conflict in Donbass are considered. In terms of the theory of realism, the specifics of international relations in the post-imperial political space are interpreted. Prognostic scenarios for further evolution of the conflict situation at the bilateral, regional and global levels are proposed. The sources of modern Russia's foreign policy behavior towards Ukraine and other post-Soviet states have been identified and interpreted. Based on the experience of the conflict in Donbas, the strategy and tactics for counteracting external aggression have been determined. Designed for a wide range of readers.

The monograph is devoted to the analysis of scientific approaches applied to the study of political corruption during the twentieth century and the current situation with the study of this phenomenon in the academic sphere; reviewing and structuring the diversity of existing definitions of political corruption, as well as correlating them with terms such as "corruption in politics" and "bureaucratic or administrative corruption"; analysis of strengths and weaknesses of various foreign and domestic methods of studying the phenomenon of political corruption; special attention was paid to the use of evaluation methods to the study of political corruption. The paper assesses the interaction and interrelation of two types of corruption - political and bureaucratic - on the process of their formation and course. The use of the modeling method to study the phenomenon of political corruption is analyzed and the limits and possibilities of this method in this perspective are outlined. The author's algorithm of analysis of cases of political corruption in such countries as Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine and Tajikistan in the 1990s was used. // The monograph is an attempt to verify the presence or absence of a holistic theory of political corruption and a universal method for studying this phenomenon. // For researchers dealing with corruption, specialists in the field of combating and combating corruption, anti-corruption policy development, university professors, graduate students, students interested in research on corruption.
