The article is a reflection on selected trends that can significantly affect the education and functioning of a child in a family and school environment. The presented examples of alternative ideas and challenges that modern families are coping with are: high-tech parenting vs low-tech parenting, fast life and slow life, as well as elements of global and local ideas. These phenomena are perceived as opposed to each other at two extremes of the axis – contradictory or complementary. In addition, the author mentions aspects of changes in the learning and teaching process caused by the use of the media and new technologies.

One of the methods of cognising a broader natural environment, but also the method of developing other competencies (social, organisational, or cultural ones), is the outdoor education camp. During a longer stay, in a structured manner, children have the opportunity to learn the beauty of even the remotest parts of the country, the diversified landscapes, the history of the place, the characteristic ecosystems with their plants and animals, the architecture, the folklore and folk art of other regions of Poland, as well as to develop numerous different skills such as: cooperating and interacting with others, making use of different ways of studying, developing outdoor orientation, behaving properly in different places and situations, coping with emotions, being self-reliant, etc. This study presents the analysis of possibilities of making use of a stay of younger students at an outdoor education camp.

Avându‑se în vedere consecinţele concrete ale faptei reclamantei, împrejurarea că anterior faptei imputate reclamanta nu a mai săvârşit şi alte abateri disciplinare care să atragă aplicarea unor sancţiuni disciplinare mai uşoare, dar şi faptul că angajatorul nu a luat măsuri corespunzătoare pentru a asigura desfăşurarea/controlul activităţii privind circuitul intern al banilor şi documentelor contabile, se va reindividualiza sancţiunea aplicată reclamantei, în sensul înlocuirii sancţiunii reducerii salariului de bază cu 10% pe o durată de 3 luni cu sancţiunea avertismentului.

Reţinând că reclamantul a fost ales membru în conducerea sindicatului în funcţia de secretar, dar a refuzat predarea înscrisurilor către noul preşedinte desemnat pentru înscrierea modificărilor intervenite în conducere, este improbabil că acesta să îşi fi dat acordul la concediere pentru propria persoană. De altfel, conflictul de interese în care se regăsea făcea imposibilă exercitarea drepturilor sale de membru în conducerea sindicatului, acesta constituind un argument a fortiori pentru absenţa acestui acord, sancţionată de prima instanţă. În raport de cele statuate, invocarea în cuprinsul acţiunii formulate de reclamant la data de 22.03.2019 a dispoziţiilor din contractul colectiv de muncă, deşi acesta avea cunoştinţă pe deplin de starea actuală a sindicatului din care face parte, omiţând să aducă la cunoştinţa instanţei toate aceste aspecte, reprezintă o formă de manifestare a abuzului de drept. Cu privire la apelul incident, având în vedere că instanţa de fond a apreciat greşit situaţia din cauză şi a pronunţat o soluţie bazată pe un aspect formal, fără a mai analiza celelalte apărări ale părţilor, se impune anularea hotărârii de primă instanţă şi trimiterea cauzei spre rejudecare în vederea desăvârşirii analizei tuturor apărărilor părţilor, rămase nedezlegate prin apel.

The study focuses on ways to resignify the themes and characters of Shakespeare’s Hamlet, ways in which the novel un nor în formă de cămilă by Alina Nelega rewrites in the narrative the influential play from the perspective of its affective dimension, with emphasis on the mother–son relationship. The procedures of updating the plot and valuing a secondary character in the hypotext (Gertrude), as well as transforming a heterotopic, theatrical space into a supercharacter who ends up playing the role of destiny for the human universe involved are the lines on which the analysis of this recent Shakespearean palimpsest develops. The study also provides a comparative insight into the versions of Shakespeare's tragedy in contemporary times in order to reveal the regenerative capacity of masterpieces.
