The aim of this article is to describe the phenomenon of mixing genders in the past tense which can be observed in the autograph of “Pan Tadeusz”. It is about using in the singular, as feminine, forms with endings -em, -eś (Byłem jej piastunką) and connecting in the plural masculine forms of the verbs with the masculine non-personal nouns (ogary doszli zwierza). The first of these phenomenons, which is a hypercorrect reaction to pronunciation of unaccented e like a caused by Belarussian influence, cannot be found in the manuscript and sometimes even not in the draft. However, the second, which is an old regional — dialect feature, used by Mickiewicz for styling purposes, appears in all versions of the masterpiece. In this way, mixing genders in the singular of the past tense in the language of the “Pan Tadeusz” is a system feature, whereas in the plural — a stylistic one.

To znaczy: nigdy niekończącej się, otwierającej – kiedy już wstanie się od stołu – na nowe możliwości, wzywającej nas do nowej wrażliwości spojrzenia.

The article is devoted to the constitutional right of a child to care and help of public authorities (Article 72 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 1997). The author analyses the following elements that make up this right: the right of a child to protection against violence, cruelty, exploitation and demoralisation, the right to care and help of public authorities in the event of deprivation of parental care and the right of a child to be heard and have his/her opinion taken into account, where possible, by public authorities and persons responsible for the child in the course of determining a child’s rights. The article also discusses the problem of determining the term “child” against the background of constitutional provisions and the divergent conception of a “child” in the Civil Code and the Family and Guardianship Code.

A polemic with Krystyna Stawecka on the text published in the Art History Bulletin. The authors state that there is no answer to the most important objection: the lack of scientific reliability of the author's two articles (from 2017), in which she mentions the icons of the Prophet Aaron and Michael the Archangel from the deacon door of the iconostasis of the church of St. Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Supraśl, in which she was silent about their discovery in the cemetery church in Topilec by the Catalog of Art Monuments in Poland team and their publications in this publishing house in 2016.

Dawno chyba nowe przepisy związane z prawem nieruchomości tak bardzo nie namieszały Dodajmy, że zapewne największe problemy dopiero przed nami! Ustawa z dnia 20 lipca 2018 r. o przekształceniu prawa użytkowania wieczystego gruntów zabudowanych na cele mieszkaniowe w prawo własności tych gruntów wprowadziła jedną generalną zmianę, do której jednak trzeba było dopasować szereg innych regulacji.
