The scientific paper has as main goal the presentation of the achievements of a pilot research aiming at revealing the importance of the cultural sensitivity for a better social inclusion in a multicultural environment created by the global knowledge economy. The investigation was conducted within a research project: e-Multicult (“Educational portal for the interactive learning of foreign languages in the perspective of the insertion in a multicultural environment”), financed under the national budget for research and innovation, which aims at creating an educational portal for foreign languages learning and the development of communication abilities in a multicultural context. Consequently, the pilot research had as target the persons’ perception on intercultural sensitivity and on the communication ways in a multicultural environment, articulating the direct involved people’s perception with the perception of the people who expect to work/live in a multicultural environment. The results of the pilot research contributed to the refinement of the educational model in order to implement it in the web portal.

For the vast majority of Americans, the mention of Warsaw conjures up images of the Holocaust and World War II. In comparison with other Central European capitals such as Berlin, Budapest, Prague, and Vienna, Warsaw remains fixed as a site of wartime suffering and destruction in English-language publications. In part, these impressions stem from the fact that interwar Warsaw was a major center of Ashkenazi Jewish culture, and stories of this center’s flourishing and destruction attract the largest number of American readers. Because the Holocaust relentlessly reduced this Jewish center to a ghetto and then a ghost town, tributes to the Polish Jewish dead and memoirs of the Holocaust’s survivors naturally dominate Englishlanguage tales of the city.

The article deals with the problems of success in New Elementary School, which does not depend on new partners or laptops, but primarily on radical changes in the organization of the educational process. And first of all, will we be able to shift in it the emphasis on the developing component (physical, intellectual, aesthetic, emotional, etc.). Will we be able to ensure the diverse development of pupils by all schools? Will we be able to provide a diverse schooling system for all students? Will not all pedagogical innovations lead to a deterioration of the students' condition and, consequently, to lower the educational component? To prevent this happening, it is essential to change the approaches to physical development of students, to strengthen their health. It is possible to predict the regular educational overload of young schoolchildren, if not significantly change the basic approaches to physical education of children. This will be discussed in this article. Today, there is a transformation of all spheres of social security of the life of the population, the need for research and a constructive approach to the scientific substantiation of methods of state influence on the social development of the society is growing. Of particular importance are issues of government assistance to the development of the education sector due to the growing imbalance between consumers of highly qualified specialists for enterprises, institutions, institutions and the financial capabilities of the population as a provider of human resources for acquiring knowledge in educational institutions.

We configure a conceptual framework developed on a systematic and comprehensive literature review on sustainable policy-making in urban areas. Building our argument by utilizing data collected from European Commission, we carried out analyses and made estimates concerning strategic marketing behaviors in environmentally proactive organizations. The data for our research were gathered via an online survey questionnaire and were inspected on a sample of 4,500 respondents. Descriptive statistics of collected data from the finalized surveys were determined when significant.
