Short Description

Studia Theologica Transsylvaniensia (StThTr) is a peer-reviewed theological journal of the Department of Roman Catholic Pastoral Theology of Babeș-Bolyai University (Institute for Priestly Formation). It has been published since 2000, biannually until 2022, and annually thereafter. In the spirit of interdisciplinary dialogue, the journal regularly includes studies and book reviews on biblical, historical, systematic, and practical theology, as well as research from related disciplines. Starting from 2024, the journal has become open access and is supplemented by a series of doctoral dissertations, edited volumes, and scholarly monographs (StThTr Supplementum).
