Short Description
Cultural Science Review is a scientific journal published by the Faculty of Cultural Studies, Teacher Training and Rural Development of the University of Pécs. By publishing articles, studies, discussion materials and book reviews on the topics of cultural studies, pedagogy, philosophy, history of culture and ideas, the journal offers a professional forum for researchers dealing with the history, situation and future of universal and Hungarian culture, the cultural value changes that characterize our days and contemporary pedagogical trends. The editors hope that the journal will also become the basis of a new, open-minded, professional workshop in the coming period, giving space to different approaches related to culture. The quarterly periodical aims to highlight the diversity of cultural studies, the specificities of domestic and international research trends, the results of domestic and international scientific workshops, and the main directions of interdisciplinary research related to culture by publishing publications in Hungarian and foreign languages.
