Short Description

In order to contribute to the broadening of scientific and professional communication, as of 2009 the editorial board decided to publish original versions of texts in Russian and English in addition to abstracts in Serbian, English and Russian. Foreign authors are asked to send an expanded abstract on one page alongside their manuscript for the purpose of translation into the Serbian language.

The significance of the journal for pedagogical theory and practice is confirmed by the fact that all editorial boards since its foundation have consisted of prominent university professors, and that all papers received were subject to review as a scientific and practical justification for publication. The structural and procedural organization described above has made the journal an indispensable tool for the continuous professional development of teachers and other education professionals.

The publisher and co-publisher of Studies in Teaching and Education are: Pedagogical society of Serbia and Institute of pedagogy and andragogy.
