Short Description

Our publication focuses on articles in the field of law, both in terms of doctrine and national or European jurisprudence. Our mission is to submit topical legal issues to scientific debate. Our intended audience are the lawyers, in particular Romanian lawyers. The Journal has a Scientific Council consisting of academics and/or lawyers who are peer reviewing the articles before publishing.
