Short Description
RRDC® aims to bring together specialists in the doctrine and practice of commercial law and to relaunch the scientific space for expressing the doctrinal and practical ideas in this vast area, which includes the corporate law, maritime and river law, banking law, consumer law, international trade law, European (Community) business law, insolvency law, transport law, contracts law and obligations regulated by the Civil Code but also by special laws applicable in the field of commercial activity etc. It also aims to bring together and make known opinions and ideas in matters closely connected with commercial matters, such as business tax law, criminal business law, intellectual property matters with economic ramifications etc.
