Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Service in the Institutions of B&H, which proposes that the Secretary General of the Presidency, the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, the Secretaries of Ministries, Assistants Ministers are appointed for a term, drawing particular attention to the implications and consequences that its adoption may have.
