Summary/Abstract: (English edition) At the request of the Nasa stranka, within the frame of activities of the Public Law centre (further in text CJP), I have written the Projection of a new constitutional model for Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Projection is included in this document. The constitutional solutions have been presented as a set of principles which are yet to be concretised. The model was developed in a form of thirteen theses. Actual solutions are presented from the thesis No. 6, while the first five theses define terminological and legal standards.
