Summary/Abstract: In completion of its statehood, Bosnia and Herzegovina shall establish the up to now missing Supreme Court as exclusively. This institution on top of the judicial hierarchy provides uniform and country-wide justice, ensures equality before law and guarantees better economic competition conditions for (foreign) investments and simultaneously facilitates the country’s accession to European Union.
