Summary/Abstract: Serbia is once again at a crossroads, which requires the involvement of the entire society. The steps taken by the government in the direction of joining the European Union (EU) are not enough, especially when it is taken into account that there is no complete agreement within the EU itself. This is particularly reflected in the implementation of the Brussels Agreement.
