Summary/Abstract: In order for the citizens of Montenegro, as perpetrators and/or potential victims of acts of discrimination, to whom the Guide is dedicated, to become aware of the social and concrete danger it poses and to learn to fight against it, it is necessary to acquire as much knowledge as possible about discrimination, its causes and consequences. The fact is that there is a large number of citizens of Montenegro who are unable to recognize discrimination, especially discriminatory action, which is unfortunately very present in Montenegro. The aim of the Guide is to expand the circle of citizens who will be able to recognize discriminatory action and acquire the necessary knowledge on how to act in order to make the fight for its elimination as successful as possible. The realization of this goal will be contributed by the concept of the Guide, which is based on a large number of concrete examples from Montenegro and other countries, as well as examples designed by the authors to best present to readers (users) the issues addressed by this Guide.
