Summary/Abstract: The European movement in Serbia was founded in November 1992 in Belgrade. With over 1,000 permanent members and a network of 31 local councils throughout Serbia, it has become one of the largest and most respected non-governmental organizations in Serbia. As part of the International European Movement, EpuS works to spread respect for human rights, freedoms and the rule of law and to respect cultural differences. The basic mission of our organization is commitment to building a democratic society, equality and promotion of European civilizational heritage and values.
