Summary/Abstract: The President of the European Commission (EC), Jean-Claude Juncker, presented the "White Paper on the Future of the EU" on March 1, 2017, to the members of the Commission and the European Parliament (EP), as well as to the entire European public. The document should serve the EU-27 member countries when making important decisions regarding the direction in which the EU will move and develop after the exit of Great Britain, but also in an increasingly complex world framework. It is already visible that the proposals presented in the White Paper lack a serious vision, more precisely the complete absence of enlargement in observing the future of the EU, an indicator of this lack of vision, as well as the Commission's increasingly "forgetfulness" in this policy.
