Summary/Abstract: The sector-approach to monitoring the progress in the implementation of the activities and measures under the JSRS and the accompanying Action Plan envisaged a harmonised action and a more coherent approach of all participants, i.e. responsible parties in meeting the set goals. This approach was supposed to result in better communication and cooperation between the institutions involved in the development and exchange of information and the provision of various services in the BiH justice sector, all with the aim to address the issues raised in the JSRS and the Action Plan as the issues of common interest of the BiH justice sector.
