Summary/Abstract: This research describes the development of didactic model based on critical thinking principles and its practical approbation in medical chemistry course. The effectiveness of the didactic model is evaluated as achieved level in medical chemistry course (theoretic knowledge, experimentation skills and problem solving skills) using critical thinking development methods. In addition to this, self-assessment skills and development of studying skills are also analyzed.
