Summary/Abstract: In this paper we conduct an analysis of the legislative solutions related to the establishment of a dedicated register of trade union organizations and the organizations of the employers. In the aspect of the present legislative hypothesizes author concludes about the specifics, necessity and the impact of the register requirement considering the principles of stability and transparency in the social dialogue field.
