Summary/Abstract: The article shows two ways in which Stoyan Zaimov discredits the antagonists of the national revolution and seeks an answer to the question of what is due to the change in his style. In the first edition of “The Past”, Zaimov uses vulgarism from the field of eroticism. In the second edition, his writing is laconic and without cynicism.
