Summary/Abstract: Islamic finances are a significant and continued growing segment of the financial product market not only in the Muslim world. Globally, this type of financial operations, subject to the Islamic law – Sharia, enjoys a warm welcome in counties hosting large financial centers. In view of the specificities of Islamic financial operations, where credit institutions take an active part in the business of their clients, a specific regulatory framework needed to regulate their activities.
