Summary/Abstract: Technological improvement have created entirely new payment systems that emit new virtual "money", different from then common known from the financial world. The emitted cryptocurrency is distributed by decentralized system, which is using P2P and blockchain technology. The fast growing popularity of cryptocurrency transactions requires urgent legislative measures to protect the user rights in a virtual background.
