Summary/Abstract: The article considers the problems of the modern labour market, defined the importance of the process of management of migration processes in order to resolve them in Ukraine. There is a wide range of approaches aimed at improving the efficiency of managing migration to support economic growth and ensure effective policy re-emigration. In article reveals the essence of antideportation labour migration and its impact on the labour market.
