Summary/Abstract: Genocide is in fact international crime, considered until 1948 as a crime against humanity. From that moment on it is object to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. Genocide affects fundamental values, related to the existence of humanity and its inherent racial, ethnic or religious diversity.
