Summary/Abstract: The creation of the Central Administrative Court is a good legislative solution to the problem of the unequal and contradictory practice of the Supreme Administrative Court and the administrative courts. This will enable the Supreme Administrative Court to concentrate on its constitutional power to carry out supreme judicial oversight of the correct and uniform application of the law in the administrative jurisdiction.
