Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the issues of the development of the world labor market in the conditions of globalization. The employment trends in the global labor market, including trends by sectors of the world economy, analyzedin the article, as well as emphasized dynamics and trends of unemployment. Emphasis was did on detailed analysis of trends in the development of the world labor market forms which are the basis for the formation of prerequisites for the equal inclusion of Ukraine in the global resource labor space.
