Summary/Abstract: In the present digital age, high assistive technologies based on various electronic resources are amongst the major components of such a supportive environment, in which special needs students can live, learn and develop their potential. Computer systems and electronic resources in the broadest sense facilitate school access and present all students with the opportunity to develop their intellectual capacities with less difficulty. A key aspect of the article focuses on the training of prospective special educators, their postgraduate qualification in the area of applying information technology to procure a supportive learning environment.
