Summary/Abstract: The article reviews four systems for certification of green buildings: LEED, BREEAM, DGNB, HQE. In Bulgaria there are certificated buildings for three of them, examples could be found above. A Bulgarian equivalent for the European evaluation system has been created DGNB - Bulgarian green building council.
