Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the manuscript fragment Nr. 2P-B from RHM – Gabrovo. The paleographical characteristics show that the fragment is not written by the hand of the scribe that produces the famous Vatican copy of the Bulgarian translation of Constantine Manasses’es Chroni-ca (Vat. Slav. 2), as RHM officially states. The textual analysis presents arguments that the frag-ment is not a leaf of a Parimejnik at all, but rather a piece of a 14th c. Triodion of the Athonite re-cension.
